Lexus ES Paint Correction in Plano

This low-mileage Lexus ES was already in great shape. A three-step paint correction helped remove small marks and brought back a deep, clear shine.

Neal’s Lexus ES had only about 30,000 miles on it. It was clear that he took great care of the car. The inside was clean, and the outside still looked beautiful. His main goal was to remove small marks in the clear coat and make the dark paint look its best again.

The challenge

The paint was not badly damaged, but it had light marring and a few clear-coat blemishes. These marks were easy to see in direct sunlight. Dark paint also shows small flaws more than lighter paint does.

Bringing back the clarity

Since the Lexus was already well cared for, this job was about improving the small details. The goal was to reduce the visible marks and create cleaner, sharper reflections across the paint.

The process

We started with a full pre-rinse and careful contact wash. The wheels and tires were also cleaned. We then used clay and iron remover to pull stuck dirt and metal particles from the paint.

Three-step paint correction

Once the paint was clean and smooth, we completed a three-step paint correction. The first step worked on the visible marks. The next two steps made the finish smoother, clearer and glossier. The interior was already very clean, so Neal also chose our basic interior package. We vacuumed the cabin, cleaned the main surfaces and glass, and gave the tan interior a fresh finish.

The result

The finished Lexus had a deeper shine, clearer reflections and a much cleaner look in direct light. Neal was shocked when he saw it. He walked around the car taking in the finish and was very happy with the result.
